Itinerary

Day 1

According to the flight time, greet at airport and transferred to the hotel for free time / rest.

Day 2

Prepare for departure and embark on the legendary Route 318. Travel via the Yakang Expressway, with a stop at the trendy Route 318 service area. Continue through the Erlangshan Tunnel, pass by Luding, and finally reach the vibrant town of Kangding.

Day 3

Route via Zheduo Mountain, stop at the "Westward beyond Zheduo" Scenic Viewpoint, head to Xinduqiao — the photographers' paradise. En route, catch a distant view of Mount Gongga, the king of Sichuan's peaks, and stay overnight in Yajiang.

Day 4

En route, stop at the "Sky Road Eighteen Bends" Observation Deck, traverse the vast Litang Prairie with a lunch break, explore the stunning Sister Lakes, and conclude the day with an overnight stay in Batang.

Day 5

Depart from Batang. In the morning, cross the Jinsha River Bridge — the Sichuan-Tibet boundary marker at the center of the bridge officially marks your entry into Tibet. Arrive at Rumei and visit the "Century-Old Tibetan Village".

Day 6

Cross over Dongda Mountain and drive along the Nujiang River Gorge, where the river roars beneath the cliffs. Take on the "Seventy-Two Turns of the Nujiang River," pass by the Nujiang River Bridge, and arrive at Baxoi.

Day 7

Explore the magnificent Midui Glacier and take in the serene beauty of Ranwu Lake.

DAY 8

Visit Guxiang Lake, tour the "Lulang Town" and the "Lulang Forest Sea," pass through the "Segrila Mountain Pass" (where you can hang prayer flags, ring the peace bell, view Mount Namcha Barwa, and with luck, witness the "Golden Mountain" sunset glow), and stay overnight in Nyingchi.

DAY 9

Visit "Basom LakeCuozong Templethe Lake Island," and travel via the Lalin Expressway and the Mila Mountain Tunnel.

DAY 10

Visit the Potala Palace (including entrance ticket and audio headset), Barkhor Street (including a Tibetan clothing experience), the Internet-famous afternoon tea at the Potala Palace, and the Yaowang Mountain Viewing Platform. Note ⚠ : The Potala Palace is closed on Mondays. If the visit falls on a Monday, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly (either before or after).

DAY 11

Visit the Jokhang Temple (including entrance ticket and audio headset), Sera Monastery (with a debate experience), and Zhaji Temple (the only wealth temple in Tibet). In the evening, take a stroll along Barkhor Street.

DAY 12

Visit Yamdrok Lake — 1 of the 3 sacred lakes of Tibet, tour the Karola Glacier, pass by the Manla Reservoir, and enjoy a distant view of the Gyantse Fortress.

DAY 13

Visit Tashilhunpo Monastery — the traditional seat of the successive Panchen Lamas, explore the 【old town of Shigatse】, and enjoy the nighttime view of the Potala Palace.

DAY 14

After being picked up by a dedicated driver, a special celebration dinner — Sichuan hotpot — will be arranged. Afterwards, check into the hotel for rest / free time.

DAY 15

Full day at your own leisure till transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule.
